1.About these terms
These terms form the agreement between Palletable Ltd (company number 17169066, registered office 3 Tiffield Close, Portsmouth) and the business that registers for an account (“you”). By creating an account or using Palletable you confirm you can bind your business and agree to them.
Palletable is for business use only; it is not offered to consumers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2.The service
Palletable is a modular cloud platform covering areas such as inventory, order management, audited procurement, analytics, staff management, stock tagging and courier integrations. You choose the modules you want when you register, and can add or remove modules later.
We may improve, update or replace features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to cancel.
3.Your account
- Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep log-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for your authorised users.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.Fees and payment
Fees are shown per module, per month, excluding VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless. By setting up the mandate you authorise us to collect the fees due.
Fees are charged monthly in advance, or as otherwise shown at sign-up. If a payment fails we may retry it and, after notice, suspend access until the balance is paid. We may change prices on at least 30 days’ written notice, effective from your next billing period. Custom builds and one-off set-up are quoted and agreed separately.
5.Hardware orders
The Store lets customers with an active account buy hardware such as production stations, scanners and label printers. Hardware is a one-off purchase, separate from your subscription, and is paid for by Direct Debit through the payment mandate on your account. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We deliver to the address you give at checkout and show order progress (ordered, assembling, dispatched, delivered), courier and tracking details in your account and in Contact messages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery and ownership passes when we receive full payment.
14-day returns. You can return hardware within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, or if it does not work as described, including where a software or firmware fault stops it working with Palletable. Contact us first at gainautomation@outlook.com (or use Cancel / Modify on your order) so we can confirm the return. Items should be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging, and unused beyond reasonable testing. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is at your cost. Once we receive and check the item we will refund the price paid to your bank account within 14 days.
Returns are not accepted for physical damage caused after delivery, such as breakage, liquid damage or misuse. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
6.Term and cancellation
Subscriptions run month to month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end your account for material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice, or immediately for serious misuse. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
After ending, you can export your data for 30 days; after that it will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
7.Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, do not: break the law; upload malicious code; attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform; resell or sublicense it without our consent; or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
8.Your data
You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and support the service. We process personal data in your content as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter.
9.Integrations and AI features
Courier and third-party integrations rely on external providers whose services and terms are outside our control; we are not liable for their outages or errors. Features marked as AI or predictive (such as Conrad) provide suggestions based on your data. They are decision-support tools, so please review outputs before acting on them, particularly for purchasing and stock decisions.
10.Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform, software, branding and documentation. These terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
11.Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to carry out maintenance with minimum disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available through gainautomation@outlook.com during UK business hours. Any service level commitments will be set out in your order or a separate agreement.
12.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and you are responsible for the business decisions you make using it.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the platform. If you continue to use the service after they take effect, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree you can cancel before then.
14.General
These terms and any order form are the whole agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. You may not transfer your rights without our consent. English law governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact us at gainautomation@outlook.com.
